Workplace health promotion initiative successfully executed
We have held the ÖGK’s BFG quality mark since 2024 and are currently in the recertification phase for the next quality mark period.
Integrating physical activity into our staff’s daily working lives in an accessible way is an ongoing priority for us, and we have already implemented a number of measures to this end. For example, at the team’s request, we recently purchased a table tennis table for our staff lounge. It was important to us that people could get active easily and quickly, that it would be fun, and that it could be put to good use during lunch breaks or after work. The table tennis table provides the perfect counterbalance to our sedentary working day and has already been well received by our colleagues, who use it regularly.
To celebrate the table tennis table, we invited the entire X-Room office community to take part in a table tennis competition. When organising the competition, we made sure that all participants – from complete beginners to seasoned professionals – could take part, and that the focus remained on having fun and team-building. Congratulations to our three winners in the Bronze, Silver and Gold groups!
It was a fantastic and entertaining X-Net event, where we all had a great time and were able to show off our skills. It proved to us that the board is a great investment for all of us. In short: we’ve achieved our goal!
