How much potential for innovation does your company actually have?
Katharina Kloiber | 02.04.2026
During a joint morning workshop, we tested our platform and app prototypes as a team and, for the first time, provided digital support for a GreenWalk. The topic of this GreenWalk was social sustainability in everyday office life.
We were all surprised to see how quickly ideas emerge when the right impulses come together and the process is clearly structured. In just 30 minutes, we had almost 50 (!) concrete, creative and actionable ideas – visible to everyone on the screen.
This confirms that the potential is usually already there; it just needs the right framework to be put to good use.
Digital support
Rethinking processes, bringing about change or discussing problems together: there are many situations that seem impossible to solve on your own, but which can be managed well as a team. However, all too often, discussions are full of enthusiasm, only for the follow-up to fizzle out.
The app allows ideas and the tasks derived from them to be recorded directly during the workshop, ensuring they are clearly structured and assigned. The result is impressive: participants know immediately which tasks have been assigned to them and what they need to do next. The app continues to support the process, tracks the progress of tasks and provides encouragement when tasks are successfully completed.
About the GreenWalk project
GreenWalk is an innovative workshop and consultancy format that helps organisations encourage sustainability-focused behavioural changes among their employees – through participatory methods, gamification approaches and the development of concrete measures. Together with BOSOO GmbH, wissen.verändert (Manfred Kofranek) and the Klimaverbund research association, we now want to take GreenWalk to the next level:
The GreenWalk project is being implemented as part of an Impact Innovation project funded by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG).
