The structures behind the success stories of open source initiatives are based on innovative ideas which are realized within a cooperation. This is one of the most important points to us and so a sustainable network is our aim. With a creative team we want to develop and implement ideas and projects that are socially relevant.

In order to be able to generate different projects, fun at work, a high degree of personal responsibility and a free allocation of time are essential cornerstones of cooperation. All employees have the opportunity to combine training and family with work. A high degree of self-organisation and co-determination is made possible by a flat hierarchy, which should also be kept in future growth phases.

Since our formation in 1999 as an IT service provider, we have been providing new open source technologies, developing independent software and hardware solutions and supporting company networks of various size. Especially the ideas of exchanging information openly and of networking are our main focus. These approaches are successfully applied in the area of open source since many years.  

Our developments and special applications range from automation and monitoring to the optimization and safeguarding of complex processes and systems. In all areas we pay attention to the long-term use of hardware and the careful handling of available resources. Sharing knowledge with customers and research partners is part of our philosophy and contributes significantly to the company's success.
